Orbitbase — Multi-Tenant SaaS ERP

Our own multi-tenant ERP: ten modules on shared inventory and double-entry accounting engines, one isolated database per company.

Orbitbase is a production-structured multi-tenant SaaS ERP built on Laravel 12 and PHP 8.4, with a Vue 3 and Tailwind SPA front end over a token-authenticated REST API. Every company is an isolated tenant with its own PostgreSQL database, reached by subdomain or company code. Ten core modules are wired together through shared inventory (moving-average costing) and double-entry accounting engines, with a configurable approval system, per-role and per-user menu access control, an optional divisions and budgeting layer, a landlord admin panel, and a customisable widget dashboard.
